Daneal Bassiouni is responsible for building Native Finance's technology platform. He started his career providing management consultancy advice to financial services firms and retails banks at McKinsey & Company. He then went on to establish an independent consultancy providing strategic guidance to C-level clients across the UK, Switzerland and China. He has acted as an adviser for a range of social sector organisations including the World Health Organisation, Oxfam, and Save the Children.

Prasanna Kannan is responsible for managing Native Finance's relationships with sponsors and equity investors. He started his career at Goldman Sachs within the Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC) Division, where he worked with global macro hedge funds. He went on to become the Portfolio Manager at Sir Elton John's charitable foundation (EJAF), where he led their work on social investment including launching one of the first HIV Social Impact Bonds in the world.
Aidan McGinley is responsible for leading the development of Native Finance’s technology platform. He has extensive FinTech experience across investment and lending gained as Chief Software Architect at Nutmeg, where he designed and rebuilt their rebalancing and trading platform and leading the Engineering team at Wonga.
David Shaw is responsible for leading Native Finance's transaction execution. He is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years real estate experience. A former investment agent specialising in the City of London he joined a HNW debt and equity advisory business before moving to the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2005 where he originated and structured loans from £10m to £1bn+ . Most recently he was responsible for a team focussing on lending investment and development debt to private equity funds
Judith Tan is responsible for building Native Finance's relationships with origination partners. She has over 25 years experience specialising in real estate funding within global banks and investment organisations. In her senior roles at Investec, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Nomura, she led and managed origination, transaction and asset management teams, originating in excess of £5.5bn+ of transactions at Investec plc.
Lord Stevenson, CBE, DL is a British businessman and former chairman of HBOS. Stevenson has been a non-executive director at a number of leading corporates, including Lazard Bros and St James's Place Capital.
Eileen Burbidge MBE is an American venture capitalist resident in London and a founding partner of Passion Capital. In July 2015 she was appointed as the British Treasury's "special envoy" for fintech.
Brooks Newmark is the founder of the UK arm of Apollo Global Management, a leading International Private Equity firm as well as was the Conservative Member of Parliament for Braintree from 2005 to 2015.
